The Alborán One project
A new-build development of 44 homes in El Palo, Málaga, by Larios Homes.
A residential scheme on a human scale
Alborán One is formed by two building blocks. The left wing rises ground floor plus five storeys and the right wing ground floor plus two, a composition that avoids density and lets natural light reach the homes.
In total, 44 homes with one, two and three bedrooms, with parking spaces across four basement levels and independent storage rooms.
Contemporary interior design
Interiors are resolved with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas, high-resistance AC5 laminate flooring in a natural oak finish and white lacquered interior doors that add brightness.
Bedrooms include built-in wardrobes with lined interiors, hanging rail and shelf, making the most of the storage space in every home.
Comfort and efficiency
The façade combines aesthetics and efficiency with high thermal and acoustic performance. Windows feature double glazing with an air chamber, and the homes include complete air-conditioning pre-installation.
The car park offers EV charging pre-installation along with control, surveillance, detection and mechanical ventilation systems.
