El Palo, a neighbourhood with its own identity

El Palo is one of the most recognisable neighbourhoods in East Málaga. It grew as a fishing community and has kept that identity: low houses, quiet streets, beach restaurants along the shore and a street life that still belongs to its residents.

Alborán One takes its place within that fabric, at Calle Mar 22, a short walk from the shoreline and the El Palo promenade.

Living by the Mediterranean

Proximity to the sea shapes daily life: city beaches, a promenade to walk or cycle along and a constant relationship with the Mediterranean all year round, thanks to the mild Costa del Sol climate.

It is a way of living that combines the calm of an established neighbourhood with the energy of a city like Málaga.

Everyday services

The area offers the services of a consolidated neighbourhood: local shops, a market, supermarkets, schools, a health centre, pharmacies, and traditional bars and restaurants.

Daily life does not require a car, and the cultural and gastronomic offer of central Málaga is close by.

Getting around

El Palo is connected to central Málaga by the city's EMT bus network and by the seafront promenade, which runs along much of the eastern coastline.

The city also connects with the rest of the Costa del Sol and with Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the province's main international gateway.

Málaga and the Costa del Sol

Málaga is living a singular cultural and economic moment: museums, gastronomy, a university, technology hubs and a growing international scene coexist with a pedestrian old town and more than a hundred kilometres of coastline.

Buying a new-build home in East Málaga means taking part in that city from a neighbourhood that remains, above all, a place to live.
